"Best cheese bar in Biarritz, no doubt. The owner, Marie-Pauline is passionate about cheese and she demonstrates it by having in her bar the best quality cheese and a solid variety, about which she won’t hesitate to make recommendations. She demonstrates her passion through great explanations about the origin of her product including recommendations on what wine the cheese should be paired with. By the way, she sources her wine through the wine shop right across the street and it’s pretty awesome too. Her smile is always present and you’ll smile too as soon as you try her cheese."
